Edward L Simon (he/him) is a Brooklyn-based actor/singer/writer who graduated from The Boston Conservatory with a BFA in Musical Theatre and Emphasis in Acting. Originally from Kensington, Maryland (GO RAVENS), his performing career began in his basement where he’d put up N*SYNC and Billy Joel-inspired concerts with his brother, a piano, and a smoke machine. Before dedicating himself to acting, he attended Duke University where he studied psychology and political science.

While at the Conservatory, he was featured in roles including Giorgio in Passion, Hanratty in Catch Me if You Can and Freddy in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. Upon graduating, he could be seen regionally at the Westchester Broadway Theatre, New Repertory Theatre and Virginia Repertory Theatre. In 2022, he made his New York Theatre debut originating the role of Father David in the world premiere of Vatican Falls, co-directed by Frank J. Avela and Carlotta Brentan at The Tank.
